Consistent batch paperwork
Three reorders, three matching lot numbers on vial vs portal. Chromatograms were full-page, not cropped screenshots. Optides is what we point new grad students to for COA literacy examples.

US supplier with batch-specific third-party COAs, 99%+ HPLC purity, and same-day domestic shipping.
Affiliated partner — editorial scores are unchanged by affiliation
Optides is a US-based research peptide supplier built around verification first. Every batch is independently third-party tested for 99%+ purity, with a Certificate of Analysis included on every order. They ship same-day from the USA, publish lab documentation before purchase, and maintain a research library with compound guides, a reconstitution calculator, and direct support from knowledgeable staff — not a ticketing queue.
Peptidology's editorial top pick and affiliated partner because documentation is batch-specific, easy to locate pre-purchase, and paired with consistent identity confirmation across the catalog.

I like that you can pull the report before reconstitution. Optides linked Janoshik on one of my lots and it verified. That's the bar imo. — thanks in advance

Ordered twice for our cell culture work. Both times the lot on the label matched the PDF COA — HPLC peak looked clean and they had MS on file when I asked. Shipping was quick, no drama. Would use again for RUO materials.

Our QA team cares about traceability more than turnaround. Optides had batch-specific HPLC + MS on every SKU we ordered this quarter. Support answered a technical question same day.

We compare vendors pretty carefully before adding them to our approved supplier list. Optides publishes third-party testing and the lot numbers actually line up. Identity + purity both there. Communication was professional.

Not perfect but better than most. COA was batch specific, chromatogram included. Support answered a question about storage within a day. Minor packaging ding on the second order but peptide itself seemed fine in our QC checks.

🧪 Lab manager here — we don't care about marketing copy, we care about traceability. They shipped with cold packs, batch ID matched, MS matched sequence on the two we tested. One star off bc website UX is clunky.

Documentation quality varies by SKU on Optides. Some peptides ship with full third-party reports, others with a generic spec sheet until you email support. Usable for RUO but not set-and-forget.

We've reordered the same SKU three times. Consistency has been good — retention times stable on our in-house HPLC spot checks. Not the cheapest but the paperwork saves us time.

🧪 First order was great. Second batch COA took a few days to show up on the site even though the vial shipped. Purity was still ok when it posted but the lag was annoying for our notebook records.
